First Day of a very New year

Well here i am, back at square 1 AGAIN , like a puppy chasing its tail only difference this time i didn't wait for Monday, or a new yr or the first day of the month, i started on the day i jumped on the scales and realised my weight was at an all time HIGH of  116.6 kilos, How did i get there, what happened ? laziness excuses and overeating there it is the 3 things in my life i will be changing for good in 2012!!!
going from a healthy weight of 68 kilos 3 kids 2 dogs, 5 house moves and a rabbit later here i was standing on my scales gobsmacked with no one to blame but myself and the block of cadbury in the cupboard.. So on that day 15 October 2011 after nearly falling off my scales and a lovely conversation i had with an amazingly inspirational women who was in the middle of completing round 3 12wbt, i puled my butt of the couch and started making the small changes, the habit breakers.... and started to move!! My journey has only just started,i have a long way to go but i have my eye on the prize and happy to take baby steps, my children and my partner deserve the BEST me! And i deserve the BEST version of me too, coz I'm pretty damn awesome when i wanna be lol looking forward to kicking off round 1 2012 Photos to come x

  1. Damn straight! You deserve the best version of yourself and you've done the right thing signing up to 12wbt. I believe in this program, as long as you JFDI. Trust in Mish, she will help you reach your goals. Good on you for starting this blog, I will be closely following to seek inspiration from your achievements.
