I set my first goal to loose 16.6 kilo's by the 3rd of march 2012
I want to weigh 100 kgs when i go on our first family holiday to qld
15/10/11....116.6 kgs this is actually my biggest ever recorded weight
28/12/11....110.3
04/01/12....109.8...cant remember last time i was under 110 kg =D

To loose 26 kilo's by my 26th birthday in june..

Eat a proper lunch instead fo snacking all day
Drink lots of water!!!!
And my fitness goal is to be able to run non stop for 4 kms by june
I have started "jogging/brisk walking " everyday to slowly build up my fitness and have commited to this for 1/2 hr EVERYDAY whatever else i do is a bonus
